  • Sportive Australia we deliver all goods/products from our self-managed warehouse in the Hills Shire NSW. We aim to deliver and service Australia and New Zealand wide customers, clubs and resellers of our products at a high level.

  • Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products and the shipping destination, so it vary from product to product. The full range of delivery options and coasts are clearly displayed in your shopping card at the checkout before you proceed with payment.

  • For made-to-order products/items, large, heavy or bulky items require delivery to rural and remote areas, freight will be quoted separately.

  • All orders will leave our warehouse with an automated tracking number provided to the email address supplied during your order, these tracking details will come from our courier service partners or Australia post.

  • You acknowledge that any person accepting delivery of your delivery order at the delivery address is authorised by you to receive your order. If no one accepts delivery of your order at the delivery address, we may arrange for delivery at a different time and charge you an additional delivery fee or the delivery may be left at your premises with your approval. 

  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery 




  • Our product dispatch process entails the shipment of in-stock items within 48 hours after the successful completion of your online order and payment, operating on working days. Please be advised that orders are not dispatched on the same day of purchase. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of your orders.

  • Larger, heavy or bulky items will be dispatched within 3 working days. 

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once the product has been dispatched, our delivery time frames typically range between 3 to 10 working days, subject to the specific product you've ordered and the delivery location. Please be aware that deliveries to regional, remote areas, and to New Zealand may exceed the standard 10 working days. Our goal is to ensure your product reaches you in a timely manner, and we appreciate your understanding of potential variations in delivery times due to these factors..

  • Deliveries may also be impacted by events like floods, bush fires and airport closure.

  • All shipping time frames are estimates and even if you have got a specific shipping slot there may be occasions where you order is delayed. Unfortunately courier delays are out of our control and we cannot be held liable for packages that weren't delivered by an estimated date.  We ask you to use the tracking number provided in your order dispatch email as the first part of your call to the courier company or their website to track and trace your shipments and get update. 

  • Our commitment to keeping you informed and ensuring a smooth delivery experience is paramount. We will maintain open lines of communication throughout the delivery process by email communication . You can expect regular updates regarding your delivery status, including payment, tracking information and any pertinent notifications. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise that might impact the delivery schedule, our customer care team will proactively reach out to keep you informed and address any concerns promptly. Your satisfaction and a transparent delivery experience are our priorities.


  • Be aware that Sportive Australia is not liable for customs and clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of parcels/shipments by customs.

  • Sportive Australia prices on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you many incur when purchasing and importing to your country.


  • These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges prior to placing an order.
